Technology provides information. Experience turns that information into action. At CLE/Rx Movement Lab, we combine advanced movement and performance assessments with decades of clinical expertise to understand how you move, identify meaningful limitations, and connect the findings to your health, activity, and performance goals.
We don’t just hand you test results or a list of exercises. We develop practical, individualized strategies that fit your sport, training program, workday, and lifestyle.
Our goal isn’t to give you more exercises. It’s to help you get more out of the movement you’re already doing.
Initial Assessment $150 · 75-90 minutes · includes your plan
Self-pay. Insurance is not accepted.
Competitive and recreational athletes who need a plan that fits training, practice, and competition—not a pile of extra exercises.
People who sit for work, still lift or play, and want movement that feels better in the gym, on the course, and during the day.
Firefighters and other demanding jobs where strength, endurance, and durability have to match the work, not just a gym score.
We combine clinical expertise, movement observation, and objective testing to identify relevant limitations and understand how they relate to your goals.
We translate findings into targeted mobility, strength, movement control, and performance strategies that integrate into your existing activities—not a separate, overwhelming routine.
We reassess meaningful changes, adjust your programming, and help you develop the physical capacity to meet your demands over time.
These are hypothetical examples illustrating the CLE/Rx approach; they are not patient testimonials or guarantees of results.

I worked with Todd from late middle school all the way through my college baseball career, both at Cleveland Clinic and through his own practice at CLE RX Movement Lab, and he was a major reason I was able to sustain a long playing career despite being fairly injury-prone, particularly with pitching-related issues. What sets Todd apart isn't just his clinical skill (though that is excellent), but it is his insistence on finding the actual root cause of an issue rather than just managing symptoms. He also has a real talent for blending traditional hands-on practice with data and modern technology, using both alongside his own clinical expertise to look at the full picture rather than any one piece in isolation. I remember that he'd start with foundational screening and general movement assessments, but over time, everything became customized to how my body moved and compensated. He was also relentless in that if something wasn't fully resolved, he kept digging until he understood why.
What I valued most, is that Todd never just handed me a program. He always made sure I understood the reasoning behind everything he had me doing, which built a real sense of ownership over my own movement, recovery, and long-term health. That approach has stuck with me well beyond my playing days; I still apply the same systematic thinking to how I monitor my own movement and recovery today. Todd combines deep clinical expertise with a genuine gift for teaching and communicating, and I'd recommend him highly to anyone.

Todd has been absolutely one of the best therapists I have ever seen. Playing baseball all of my life has been a strenuous passion. Physically there are many demands and it is easy to not monitor them properly during seasons. Todd, while partnered with the Cleveland Clinic, was able to work with the Kent State Baseball team and keep a ton of guys on the field and healthy. Todd's knowledge of the body allows him to quickly assess and perform the required therapy. Allowing athletes to readily stay healthy and play the game that they love so dearly is something you can count on with Todd!
Todd has a high communication level, is very responsive, and will always help with exercises even when you are not present.
