75-90 minutes of testing and analysis: Functional Movement Screen, capacity and balance testing, and a breathing screen as needed.
- Step 3
Your plan, by email
After your first visit you receive a fully customized movement pattern development plan. Follow-up 1:1 sessions track your progress.

60-minute sessions designed for the In-Season Athletes to Retain, Reprogram, and Restore required movement patterning (mobility, stability, motor control)
